How do I pay for my Childs registration at WFC?

Registration for our rec programs are simple, email us at websterfcinfo@gmail.com with the Name, Gender and Date of Birth of your player, and we will send you a Venmo link for a $30 deposit, the remaining balance will be billed May 1st for spring and August 1st for fall.

Can I stay with my child/Watch the session?

Yes, We actively encourage all parents/guardians  to stay and watch the sessions, especially for our younger players. 

Plus if there are any issues during the session (weather etc.) we have parents available for a swift exit if needed!

Where will my child teams play?

All games are at Webster FC's Youth Soccer Fields Located at:

2491 35th Street West Webster MN 55124

What day will my child play?

All games are on Saturday mornings and finish before 1PM, we like our players to turn up, play soccer and then head home to enjoy the weekend with their family!

What happens if we have bad weather?

We will check the weather forecast the evening before, if it looks like adverse weather will affect our planned sessions, an email will be sent out to the email you registered with, and a make up date will be recommended. 

If we get adverse weather during the session we will ask players to head to there cars and wait for 10 minutes, if the weather moves on we will continue with the session, if not we will look at make up date*.

*If more than half of the session is completed no make up session will be scheduled*

When will I get my Webster FC Shirt?

Our hope is to have the shirts ready to hand out before the first session.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, you may get a full refund if you cancel BEFORE the registration deadline cut off date, May 1st for Spring, and August 1st  for Fall, unfortunately after that date, teams are formed and T-shirts are ordered so we cannot offer ANY REFUNDS at that point.

Do I need to complete a waiver to play at Webster FC?

Yes, all parents will need to sign the waiver before their Childs first session, that will be included in the welcome email after registration closes.

Is my player covered by insurance during sessions at Webster FC?

Yes, Webster FC is a proud member of US Club Soccer, and MYSA so when you register part of your payment goes towards the Insurance and coverage supplied by either of those organizations. You will still need to complete the WFC Wavier which will be sent our once registration is closed to the email your registered with. All information on US Club Soccer Insurance can be found here:
