WHO WE ARE

Webster FC is a small privately owned and operated members only Soccer club. 

Run by soccer professionals with over 25 years of coaching experience and coaching education our aim to help create a love for the game of soccer and keep players playing for many years to come.

Our Coaching staff is highly recognized throughout the state of MN for its focus on Rec Player Development and Rec fundamentals.

WHAT WE DO

We let the players play!

We coach when there is a natural time or stoppage in play to coach!

We encourage organic growth!

We ask questions, mentor and guide our players....we never shout or tell them what to do or where to be! 

We encourage great play by all players regardless of teams colors!

We try to create free thinking soccer players that enjoy the game, and make decisions on the fly!

We enjoy every minute on the field like its our last!

We treat everyone with respect!
